Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for Selling Sunset spin off Selling The OC (Orange County) and it looks like the show will bring maximum drama.
The new series will follow real estate mogul Jason Oppenheim opening a new branch of the The Oppenheim Group in California’s Orange County. And a new office and location also means a new host of real estate agents ready to show clients around luxury properties.
In typical Selling style, it’s not only about the high-end listings either. The show also promises plenty of drama and arguments among the glamorous cast members. If the trailer is anything to go by, it seems like the Orange County office will spend just as much time bickering as they will selling mansions.

According to varietythe new cast will include real estate agents Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall. Selling The OC is not the only Selling spin-off either. Netflix also launched Selling Tampa in December 2021, following all-Black, all-female real estate firm Allure Realty as it sells properties on Florida’s coast.
Meanwhile, season 5 of Selling Sunset aired in April, which saw longterm broker Christine Quinn depart the series over allegations that she attempted to snipe a seller into working with her instead of Emma Hernan (claims which Christine has denied).

Addressing the controversy on the reunion special, Jason Oppenheim said: “Right now there’s not a place for her at the Oppenheim Group.
“Now, in the future if she takes real estate seriously, if I can get an understanding of her perspective on things, if she changes her behavior, if she brings in a big listing, there’s a lot of reasons why I would consider her having a place at the Oppenheim Group. But I have to say that right now, there isn’t a place.”
Selling Sunset seasons 1 to 5 are available to stream on Netflix now.
